All quotes are subject to the volatility of raw material (Steel) prices and are valid for the period mentioned in the specific quotation.
Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed-upon advance payment and signed drawing approvals.
Standard payment terms involve an advance for material procurement, followed by progress payments as per the project milestones.
Goods will be dispatched only after the final payment is cleared unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery timelines are estimates. SP Fabrotech is not liable for delays caused by site unreadiness, power unavailability at the site, or force majeure events.
The client is responsible for providing a clear, accessible site for unloading and erection.
We provide a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This does not cover damage due to overloading, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
